Alfred Ball

Alfred Lewis Ball, 86, of Marlow passed from this life Sunday, November 6, 2022 at his home in Marlow.

Services will be 1 PM Thursday in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bill Boles and Mark McClung officiating. Interment will follow in the Fairlawn Cemetery in Comanche.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home from 6-8 on Wednesday.

Al was born February 20, 1936 in Pritchett, Colorado the son of John H. and Grace B (Wood) Ball. He and Rosemary Jackson were married in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on July 29, 1955 and she preceded him in death August 3, 1961. He was a Television Repairman and owner of Al Ball's Television Repair Service. He loved mowing and weed eating and working around his farm. He was a longtime member of the Heritage Oaks Church of the Nazarene. He was also preceded in death by his parents, a brother Johnnie Ball and sister Gracie Ball.

Survivors include his daughter Mary McClung and husband Mark of Marlow, Oklahoma; son Alfred Lee Ball of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and his sister Dorothy Paulk and her husband William of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; a sister-in-law Betty Ball of Little Kansas, Oklahoma as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
