Betty Jennylin (Robinson) Cox, 72, of Duncan passed from this life Saturday, October 30, 2021 in the Duncan Regional Hospital. Services will be 11 AM Thursday in the Bailes Polk Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Toffer Schorinck officiating. Interment will follow in the Bear Creek Cemetery. Betty was born in Healdton, Oklahoma July 2, 1949 the daughter of Buster and Opal Ilene (Walker) Robinson. She graduated from Velma High School. She and Jimmie Wayne Cox were married in Wichita Falls, Texas on January 26, 1973. She was a homemaker who enjoyed working cross-word puzzles and spending time with her family. She was proceeded in death by her parents, son Wayne Lynn Collins, brothers Roy, Ricky, and Preston Robinson, sister and brother-in-law Faye and Buddy England and brother-in-law Larry Orum. Survivors include her husband Jimmie Wayne Cox, Sr. of the home in Duncan; sons Jimmie Wayne Cox, Jr. of the home in Duncan and Johnnie Cox of Fairfield, Texas; granddaughters Dustie Cox and Stephanie Cox both of Fairfield, Texas; five great grandchildren; sisters Pam Orum of Norman, Oklahoma, Johnnie Grundy and her husband Temple Grundy of Velma, Oklahoma, Audene Robinson and husband Jimmy Davis of Velma, Oklahoma and Mildred Work and husband Joe of Norman, Oklahoma as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and host of friends.
