Carol Sadler

Carol Sue Gore Sadler, 78, long time resident of Leavenworth, Kansas passed away January 19, 2023. She was born in Walters, Oklahoma on November 13, 1944 to Hubert and Katherine Fletcher Gore.

Carol graduated from Duncan High School, Duncan, Oklahoma. She married Nick Sadler, the love of her life, in 1961. They had two children, Danny and Ronald.

Carol worked at the Leavenworth City Hall for over 30 years and was the City Clerk for the last 20 of those years.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Gary Gore and Mike Gore.

She is survived by her husband Nick, two sons, Danny Sadler and Ronald (Susan) Sadler, one sister Judy Kitchens, four grandchildren, Kelsay Sadler, Kasey Sadler, Storm (Tymber) Sadler, Steele Sadler and one great granddaughter, Reign Sadler.

The family will meet at Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 12 P.M. (Noon) and will leave at 1:00 PM for the graveside service in Duncan Cemetery in Duncan, Oklahoma.
