Gary Don Wilson

Gary Don Wilson, 61, of Custer City, Oklahoma a former Duncan resident passed from this life Monday, April 29, 2013 in the Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with the loving hands of his family on him. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Friday, May 3, 2012 in the Duncan Cemetery with Reverend Mark Haney officiating. Services are under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. The family will received friends for visitation at the funeral home from 6-8 PM on Thursday. Gary was born March 17, 1952 in Duncan, Oklahoma the son of Benjaman and Paralee (Reynolds) Wilson. He attended the Duncan High School. He worked in the oil field his whole life. He was an avid golfer and fisherman, loved his friends but his true love was his family his boys and his grandchildren. He sparkled when he talked about them, and was their biggest fan. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Dale Wilson. Survivors include three sons Chad Wilson his wife Maranda of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Cory Wilson his wife Lori of Leedey, Oklahoma and Josh Braden Wilson his wife Reina of Clinton, Oklahoma; a brother Benny Wilson his wife Shannon of Duncan, Oklahoma; two sisters Gloria O"Neal her husband Bill and Carolyn Davis her husband Brent both of Duncan, Oklahoma and eight beautiful grandchildren Jordan, Avery, Adysen, Payton, and Luke Wilson, Madison, Alexandra and Catherine Braden, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ronnie Faulkner, Chuck Ackley, Mike Myers, Gene Rutherford, Jason Hulin, Terrell Russ, Terry Burns, Jordan Wilson and Luke Wilson.
