Alexander Mitchell

Alexander Michael Mitchell, 48, of Ratliff City, Oklahoma passed from this life Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at his home.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held 10:00 Am Saturday, November 29, 2025 in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home with Ladd Polk officiating.

Alex was born August 27,1977 in Nuremberg, Germany to Barbara Diann Melton Mitchell , and James Michael (Mikey) Mitchell. He graduated from Red Bluff High School in Red Bluff, California in 1995. He and Brittany Fletcher were married in Duncan, Oklahoma on July 16, 2015. He worked most his life at various Nursing Homes as a Med Tech. Alex loved football, good food, his wife Brittany, and his beautiful dog Bella He enjoyed traveling and was considered a gypsy by his family because he always wanted to try new places constantly looking for adventure. Was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife Brittany Mitchell of the home in Ratliff City, Oklahoma; son's Cameron Mitchell, and Caleb Mitchell; siblings Candace Stewart and husband Danny of Alex, Ok, Jonathan Mitchell, and wife Stephanie of Lindsay, Oklahoma and Rachel Deason of Cresent, Oklahoma. step- brothers Kenny Norman of Rush Springs, Lucas Ryl-Kucher of Virginia and Peter Norman of Red Bluff California and step-mother Jeannie Mitchell.
