Alvin Edgar Carpenter

Alvin Edgar "Eddie" Carpenter, 67, of Duncan passed away Monday, November 30, 2015 at his home in Duncan. Eddie was born November 4, 1948 at Duncan, Oklahoma the son of Clarence Carpenter, Sr. and Virginia (Graham) Carpenter. He and Elizabeth Anderson were married at Fox, Oklahoma on August 22, 1992. He was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church, love fishing, camping and was a fan of John Wayne movies. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife Elizabeth Carpenter of the home in Duncan; his mother Virginia Carpenter of Duncan; two brothers Clarence Carpenter, Jr. of Decatur, Texas and Michael Carpenter of Thornton, Colorado as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.
