Amelia Leanos

Amelia Davila de Leanos, 80, of Duncan, Oklahoma passed from this life Sunday, July 19, 2026 in the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Services will be 10:00 Am Wednesday, July 22, 2026 in the Assumption Catholic Church with Reverend Oby J. Zunmas officiating. Interment will follow in the Duncan Cemetery under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a Rosary starting at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

Amelia was born February 3, 1946 in San Lorenzo, Zac., Mexico the daughter of Pedro Davila and Maria Alvarez de Davila. Amelia and Domingo were married at Majadas Zac., Mexico on June 4, 1965. She enjoyed shopping, gardening, Cooking for her family but most of all she enjoyed the time she spent with her family. She was a member of the Assumption Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Uriel Davila and Franscisco Davila.

Survivors include her children Maria Martinez, Tadeo Leanos, Robert Leanos and Olivia Rocha all of Duncan, Oklahoma; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; sister Maria Davila of Mexico City; brother Javier Ortega Davila of California as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
