Camila James infant daughter of Corey and Angelica (Galvez) James passed away Tuesday, June 10th, 2014 in the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Services will be10:00 AM Friday in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Patrick Lewis officiating. Interment will be in the Duncan Cemetery under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. Survivors include her parents Corey and Angelica James of the home in Duncan: maternal grandparents Patricia Vasquez and her husband Efrain of Duncan and Atanacio Galvez of Mexico and paternal grandparents Clay James of Duncan and Tammy Boyd of Tatums; maternal great grandmother Frances Medina of Duncan and paternal great grandmother Velma James of Duncan.
