Jeffery Charles "Jeff" Darity, 54. of Velma passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2015 in the Duncan Regional Hospital. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Saturday in the New Velma Cemetery under the direction of the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home. Jeff is survived by several family members from the Velma Area.
