Jeremy "Jerb" Bench, 48, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed from this life Friday, July 24, 2026.

Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, August 1, 2026 in the Bailes-Polk Funeral Home with Reverend Dee Bowen officiating. Interment will follow in the New Velma Cemetery.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 5-7 PM on Friday.

Jeremy was born August 29, 1977 in Healdton, Oklahoma the son of Jimmy Dale and LaDonna (Johnson) Bench. He graduated from the Velma High School in 1997. He worked as a service tech for road construction. He enjoyed remodeling homes, cooking, playing golf and shopping but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his mother LaDonna Johnson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; brother Kelly Bowen of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sisters Crystal Bench of Blanchard, Oklahoma and Beverly White of Purcell, Oklahoma; children Connar Schiralli, husband Austin and their children Jemma Schiralli and Reece Schiralli of Purcell, Oklahoma and Colt Battles wife Brandi and their child Carson Battles all of Wilson, Oklahoma; nephews Kade Bowen wife Alyssa of Marlow, Oklahoma and Kodee Bowen of Stillwater, Oklahoma; great nephew Baker Bowen of Marlow as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be Jim O'Donnell, Bobby Nix, Miles Massey, Lee Haskins, Tommy Byrd and Eddie Burton.
