Mary Allen

Mary Norine Allen, 87, of Marlow, Oklahoma passed from this life Wednesday, July 17, 2023 in the Duncan Regional Hospital.

Mary was born in Pocatello, Idaho, May 4, 1937 the daughter of Charles Alexander and Edith Elizabeth (Sorensen) Mitchell. She and Jimmie Dale Allen were married in Las Angelas, California on September 29, 1953 and he preceded her in death May 9, 2018. She enjoyed painting, crocheting, doing word search puzzles and spending time with her family. She was also preceded in by her parents and a son Leonard Stuart Allen.

Survivors include her children William Alexander Allen of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Elizabeth Irene Bryant of Marlow, Oklahoma and Kenneth Dean Allen of Duncan, Oklahoma; a sister Laura Dean Mitchell of Las Angelas, California; 18 grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren.
